Terms of Service & Privacy Policy - Turbo Clean

Internet Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) refers to the cloud computing products and services provided by Turbo Clean. (hereinafter referred to as “Turbo Clean” ) to its users of Internet Platform. This agreement shall be concluded and signed between you and Turbo Clean.

General Provisions:

1. You shall confirm: you shall, before starting to use the Service, fully read, understand and accept the whole content of this agreement, for once you use the application to complete the registration, start the procedure or use the Service, you agree to abide by all the clauses hereof.

2. You shall agree: Turbo Clean shall have the right to make unilateral amendments to this agreement as well as relative service regulations, service content, product instructions, product functions and other aspects thereof at any time, and publish such amendments by means of one or more of sending information, website notice or other methods, with no need to inform you thereof individually; such amendments or adjustments shall not be considered as Turbo Clean’s violation of the clauses hereof. If you continue to use the Service after such amendments of the content hereof being published, you shall be considered as having fully read, understood and accepted the amended content hereof and will use the Service in accordance therewith. If you don’t agree the amended content hereof, you shall stop using the Service immediately.

3. You shall proclaim: you shall, when you agree to accept this agreement and register yourself to become a user, be natural persons, corporate entities or other organizations or fully authorized by such who enjoy the full capacity for civil rights and civil conducts provided by relevant laws. Otherwise, you shall terminate the registration or stop to use the Service immediately.

You shall promise: any usage of the products and services hereunder shall abide by the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, accord with the requirements of social public morality and infringe no legal rights and interests of any third party. If any third party claims any compensation or right due to any usage, you shall take full responsibility and make sure Turbo Clean and any relevant shareholder, member of the board of directors or manager at any level shall not be involved or take any responsibility. As for any loss caused thereby to any third party, Turbo Clean shall take no responsibility or make no promise for any joint or related compensation.

1. What Kind of Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Identifiable Information
We do not collect Personal Identifiable Information. "Personal Identifiable Information" is information that identifies you or another person, which may be transmitted or received when you use an Application, Services and/or the Site. Personal Identifiable Information includes your geographic location information, names, physical addresses, email addresses, telephone, fax, SSN, information stored within your devices and other information you transmit or receive using an Application, the Service and/ or the Site which identifies you or another person.

1.2 Non-Personal Identifiable Information
We may collect Non-Personal Identifiable Information about users whenever they interact with our apps. Non-Personal Identifiable Information may contain the information about your devices, including the list of installed apps on your devices, and technical information about means of users to connect our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar information.

2. How We Use Collected Information

To enhance phone performance, Turbo Clean needs to retrieve the content of the active windows to check out whether “force stop” button is activated. With such service, Turbo Clean can find and click “force stop” button to stop a specific app.

P.S.: we’ll protect your privacy and no information will be uploaded.

2.1 We may use Non-Personal Identifiable Information for purposes as below:

To personalize the user experience. We may use your Non- Personal Identifiable Information to understand demographics, customer interest, and other trends of our users’activities;
To help develop our service. We may use Non- Personal Identifiable Information to provide, maintain, improve and modify Applications, Services, and the Site and develop new services;
To further develop the business of Turbo Clean. We may use Non- Personal Identifiable Information for promotion and marketing purposes.
2.3 How we collect and use information?

Read status and identity of the device
Be used to acquire a unique ID of each device, and we will then apply a non-invertible encryption on the data. It does not include any personal identity information.

Read the contents of the USB storage
Be used in our junk files cleaning feature to scan junk from device’s hard drive.

Modify or delete the contents of the USB storage
Be used in our junk files cleaning feature to remove junk from device’s hard drive.

Find accounts on the device
Be used to check if the user has logged into Google Play, and provide the corresponding installation and download services.

Read Google service configuration
Be used to retrieve anonymous advertising ID so as to provide high-accuracy advertising recommendation service.

Full network access
Be used to achieve network-based services, e.g. performing version update notification. GPRS traffic may be needed.

Check network connections
Be used in our smart settings and quick access function to check network connections.

Modify network connectivity
Be used in our smart settings and quick access function in the notification bar to turn on/off cellular data.

Check Wi-Fi connections
Be used in our smart settings and quick access function to check Wi-Fi connection.

Access Bluetooth settings
Be used in our smart settings, turning on/off Bluetooth connection.

Close other apps
Be used to close apps running in the background with 1-Tap Acceleration and Turbo Clean.

Retrieve running apps
Be used to check running apps with 1-Tap Acceleration and Turbo Clean.

Run at startup
Be used to wake cleaning and app lock services at device startup.

Draw over other apps
Be used to provide floating window feature as well as displaying windows over other apps when using memory boost feature.

Read sync settings
Be used to provide battery saver feature, checking sync status to save power, to support app lock feature, to retrieve forgotten password through email.

Toggle sync on and off
Be used to support battery saver feature to toggle on/off sync.

Install shortcuts
Be used to create shortcuts on other launcher’s home that users may continue to use Turbo Clean services.

Measure app storage space
Be used in our apps management feature, retrieving the amount of storage used by other apps.

Uninstall shortcuts
Remove app shortcuts on other launchers.

Receive data from the Internet
Allows programs to receive data from the Internet in order to provide immediate content updates.

Read, modify or delete contents on SD card
Allows apps to read and modify contents in SD card as user instructions.

Read or modify system settings
Be used to support battery saver feature to control and adjust vibration, screen rotation and screen brightness, and we may use this permission to read device’s default input method.

The use of the system-level dialog
Be used for the confirmation process in feature settings.

Retrieve recently used applications
When providing app lock feature, this permission is needed to monitor the app that is currently displayed on the platform.

The use of Accessibility Service
Be used in Turbo Clean to close the apps selected by users. To enhance phone performance, Turbo Clean needs to retrieve the content of the active windows to check out whether “force stop” button is activated. With accessibility service, Turbo Clean can find and click “force stop” button to stop a specific app. we’ll protect your privacy and no information will be uploaded.

Delete system’s cache
Be used to provide junk files cleaning feature with removing system’s cache data.

Acquire installed applications list
Your authorization will be needed to create the ignore list, which will prevent the application you want to reserve from being closed;

Your authorization will be needed in intelligent cloud analysis for analyzing the junk files from your installed applications.

SMS, contact and account information
(1) Read your contacts

Used to display contact name of missed calls or SMS on the lock screen. No contact identified information will be collected.

(2) Send and view SMS

Used in messaging service in Smart Locker, including receive, reply. No Message content will be collected.

(3) Read call log

Used in phone call service in Smart Locker, including display phone number and time of missed calls, and users can spontaneously change the status of missed calls. No calls information will be collected.

(4) The information you give us

Many of our services require you to sign up for an Account. When you do, we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, the telephone number to store with your account.

Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.

3. What Information May Be Disclosed

3.1 Personal Identifiable Information
We do not store Personal Identifiable Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Identifiable Information.

3.2 Non-Personal Identifiable Information
We may disclose Non-Personal Identifiable Information to our trusted business partners (eg. advertisers, publishers, etc.) who shall comply with this Term and the relevant laws.

4. Third Party

4.1 In general, Applications, Services and the Site access third-party information through application interfaces. We may provide links to third-party Web sites, such as Facebook, as a service to our users. The Site may also carry advertisements from other companies. When you click on links of third parties in an Application, Services or the Site, you may leave the Application, Services or the Site and we will not collect your information anymore, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties, whether they are linked to or otherwise accessible from an Application, Services or the Site or not. The inclusion of a link or accessibility of third party websites does not imply endorsement of such third party website by us, and we will not be responsible for any disputes arisen from such third party website.

4.2 The information that you transfer or share through the Application, Services and/or the Site may be intercepted, collected, used and disclosed by third parties. We are not responsible for any interception, collection, use, and disclosure made by the third party for the information that you transferred or shared. Please choose other ways to transfer and share if you have higher security requirements.

5. How We Share Your Information

We have asked and received your permission to share it.
For processing or providing products and services to you, we may work with our business partners (such as publishers, advertisers, or affiliated websites) to provide you with the better user experience. This cooperation may need us to share some user information with our business partners (personally identifiable information excluded) who will agree to strictly comply with this Policy and other applicable confidential obligations. Further, we may disclose information (personally identifiable information excluded) to the public with industry reports for analyzing the overall trend of interest or otherwise based on the data of user information. Meanwhile, we remind you to be careful to disclose your information when you skip into another site through our service, we do not responsible for any collection, use of your information made by any third party, therefore please attach importance to protect your information with considering whether it is necessary to be disclosed.

We are fulfilling our mission of being open.
We sometimes release information to make our products better and to maintain an open web. However, if we execute such release, we will remove your information and try to disclose it in a reasonable way.

To share according to law.
We may disclose your information according to law whenever we receive requests from a government or any courts/arbitral tribunal or other competent authorities. When we are required to disclose your information, we'll only disclose your information within the scope as required above.

We believe it is necessary to protect you or someone else from harm or for business purposes.
We will share your information in this way if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of you, other users, Turbo Clean or the public, or for our business purposes as necessary.

If our organizational structure or status changes (such as restructuring, M&A and bankrupt) we may pass your information to the successor or affiliate.
6. Security

Turbo Clean is very concerned about how to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Identifiable Information, and we take administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your information.

7. Compliance

We ask you to use the Application and Services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited not to send, disclose or share any sensitive information or speech (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through any Application, Services, the Site or otherwise of us.

8. License

Turbo Clean is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all software, databases and other aspects and technologies related to the Application, and any enhancements thereto. We grant to users the limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download, install and use the Application and Services pursuant to the limited rights expressly granted and as specifically set forth in this Term. Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or Services.

9. Limited Liability

Turbo Clean and our business partners (including advertisers, publishers, etc.) shall not be liable to the users for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, even if we have been advised or was aware of the possibility of such loss or damages. We shall not make any warranties of any kind that our Application, Services or Site will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, operate without error. Except for expressly described in this Term, we hereby disclaim any warranties of express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Indemnity

The users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Turbo Clean, affiliates, or our business partners harmless from any liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any third party claim relating to any breach of any obligation, representation or warranty made by users described in this Term.

11. Governing Law

This Term shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Any dispute, claim or controversy relating to the interpretation or implementation of this Term shall be subject to friendly consultation in the principle of mutual benefit. Any dispute arising out of implementation this Term shall be submitted to arbitration in the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre according to the Rules then in force. The award of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the Parties.

This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by "AdBoll" ("we," "us" or "our") through our mobile applications and website and how we use that information.


There are two types of information we may collect through your use of the Websites/Apps:


1. "Personal Information," which is the type of information that specifically identifies you personally and/or can be used alone to contact you online or offline, such as your full name, physical address, email address, telephone number, photograph, precise geolocation information (i.e., your specific location), credit card information and, in some cases, user names; and


2. "Non-personal Information," which is information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally, including information about you such as your date of birth, age, ZIP code, non-precise geolocation information (e.g., your city), and gender, as well as information about your computer and mobile device, such as your unique device ID, Internet Protocol (IP) address, or other persistent identifiers, and their hardware/software/firmware. Non-personal Information also includes "Usage Data," which is anonymous data tied to your computer and/or device, such as the actions you take within and outside of the Websites/Apps, the browser you use, the identity of other apps included on your device, the date and time of your use of the Websites/Apps, your game progress, play time, score and achievements, and the URLs you visited and/or apps you used before and after using our Websites/Apps.


Use of the Personal Information That We Collect

When you download and use our Websites/Apps, we don't require you to provide any personal information, and we don't collect any personal information about you, except we collect:


- if the parents send us an email from the Websites/Apps, then only we collect the email addresses specifically to provide support



Use of the Non-personal Information That We Collect


Non-personal Information may be used by us for administrative, analytical, research, optimization, security and other purposes. Specifically, we may use your Non-personal Information to:


- track your use of our Websites/Apps to help us learn more about your gaming activities to enhance your gaming experience;

- compile statistics;
- protect against cheating, crime or fraud, or for other security reasons;
- determine the jurisdiction in which you are located so we can determine what set of laws apply to you;
- send you to push notifications (if you choose to allow that function);
- this data may be used for internal purposes such as personalization of content and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.

Children / Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Our Websites/Apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA, and if in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request, we will not collect, store or use, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such user.


We allow users to contact us if they have support questions about the use of our mobile applications. If you submit a support request, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request ("Support Information"). We use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of our website and Apps as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.


We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. To the extent we feel that any of our Websites/Apps are directed to children under the age of 13, we will not collect Personal Information from users of those Websites/Apps.


If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at adbolapp@gmail.com, and we will delete the information from our system.


We may collect Non-personal Information, such as a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer, which may be used by a child to play our Websites/Apps. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any Personal Information. Also, this data will be used solely for internal purposes such as personalization of content, security, and contextual (not behavioral) advertising.


Certain of our Websites/Apps may permit in-game purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. Such purchases do not always require the re-entry of credit card information because they may be made through an existing third-party account (such as an iTunes account). If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-game purchases by selecting the Settings tab for the applicable Website/App, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases.


If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please obtain your parents' permission prior to registering with our Platform or providing us with any Personal Information.




Information Sharing and Disclosure


We use Support Information only for the support for the internal operations of our website and Apps as provided under Section 312.2 of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013. We don't rent, sell or share your email address unless we have your express consent and in the following circumstances:


(i) We may share your Support Information with our support providers, but only for the purpose of providing support to you.


(ii) We may share your email address and/or Support Information: (a) to protect the security or integrity of our website and Apps, (b) to take precautions against liability; (c) to respond to judicial process, or (d) to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety; and where such information is not used for any other purpose, all in compliance with Section 312.5(c)(6) of the COPPA rules effective July 1, 2013.
